Welcome to the Sidney Velo web page.
We are a road cycling club based in Sidney, British Columbia, Canada. The purpose of our club is to foster an interest in cycling through organized activities such as club rides, club races, time trials, and recreational events. We support young riders under age 19 with race prizes and free entry to our time trial and awards banquet. Young rider support in 2012 exceeded $1100. If you are a club member you'll find all sorts of information that will keep you in touch with the club. Our regular club rides are on Saturdays, Sundays as well as Statutory Holidays. See Regular Club Rides under Events for the details. The FAQ's page in the list to the left provides even more information, if you would like to ride with us.
2013 Time Trials start on Tuesday, May 7 and go every Tuesday evening through August 27. Registration at 6:30 PM, racing at 7 PM, except August 20 & 27, when it will be 6 PM & 6:30 PM.
